This scaling-oriented special edition series is close to my, Ivanna's, heart - since 2019 I have been part of the scaling journey of a biotech. I am certain the challenges we have been facing are not unique - and there are lessons for other companies on a similar growth trajectory.  

Sharing the lessons can hopefully help us get from the lab to making a difference in the lives of patients quicker.
